The aim was to bring a sense of vitality and wellness in the face of shorter days and longer nights, also known as the winterblues.

The Wellbeing Week s offers an extensive program designed especially for you, crafted to be as diverse and inclusive as possible. Our goal is to address various dimensions of wellbeing, encompassing mental, physical, spiritual and social wellbeing, as well as financial, environmental, occupational, and intellectual wellbeing. You can sign up for activities free of charge. Below, you can find the programme of the 10th edition last November. That's annoying!

Do you talk to your friends, family or fellow students about how you are really doing? And if something is not going well, do you discuss this, for example, with your study advisor? Vitality and good mental health are crucial ingredients for a fun and effective student life. Your daily life and the challenges that come with it affect this. We believe it is important that we make the conversation about your well-being happen, when things are looking both up and down. Because besides re-organising education, providing guidance and tools as well as knowledge to enhance your wellbeing and gain personal skills, there's also still a lot to gain from creating more awareness and breaking the taboo that often still exists. Team student wellbeing offers the possibility to talk to a fellow student or coach, sign up for weekly activities, workshops or study groups, or join us for the Wellbeing Week that is organised twice a year. A UU Student well-being taskforce was established in to advise on the actions to be taken within this field. After an initial work programme between , a new and ambitious work programme for the period was drawn up in early , to continue our university-wide efforts and maintain the focus on improving student well-being at Utrecht University. This work programme forms the basis and common thread in the daily activities of the student well-being team and the projects we initiate. De volgende editie van de UU Wellbeing Week s zal plaatsvinden van 29 april tot en met 8 mei De Wellbeing Week s biedt een uitgebreid programma dat speciaal voor jou is samengesteld om zo divers en inclusief mogelijk te zijn. Ons doel is om in te gaan op verschillende dimensies van welzijn, waaronder mentaal, fysiek, sociaal en spiritueel welzijn, maar ook financieel, duurzaam, professioneel en intellectueel welzijn. Je kunt je gratis aanmelden voor activiteiten. Bekijken hieronder het programma van de afgelopen editie in november. Deze activiteit is waarschijnlijk erg populair! Er zijn vaak veel afmeldingen naarmate het evenement dichter bijkomt, vooral nadat de deelnemers de herinneringsmail twee dagen van tevoren ontvangen hebben, waardoor er plekken vrijkomen. Deze plekken worden automatisch weer beschikbaar op de website. Kijk dus vooral later nog eens! Let op: er is geen bepaalde wachtvolgorde, en geen automatische notificatie van een vrijgekomen plek we werken eraan voor de volgende editie!
