Their staff today had no idea what basic, good customer service would entail. I walk in with a larger package and two woman employees are standing together not helping a customer and neither acknowledges me. I head to where they are working, approach but still no acknowledgment. Another customer walks in and they walk away from me and split up. One to help the new customer with a drop off and the other to stand around Jennifer. The customer finishes their drop off and the 2nd employee finally acknowledges me and completes my transaction.
