Unity navmesh
I decided to give the Unity Navmesh a try mainly because I wanted a standard solution, and path-finding was not my immediate focus. When thinking unity navmesh it's easy to forget that often, unity navmesh, we need more than just going from A to B.

Once you have a NavMesh A mesh that Unity generates to approximate the walkable areas and obstacles in your environment for path finding and AI-controlled navigation.
