She was going to meet a friend on the other side of the city and got on a bus a short time later. She spoke to her mother by phone while travelling on the bus and texted her friend at around am to say she would arrive soon. She also texted her mother about 20 minutes later to say she was on her way to her friend's house. Her family issued an alert to numerous media outlets on Sunday morning and are pleading with anyone who has any information to contact police in Berlin.
