When Ben was trying to figure out what alien he should use to stop a flood caused by a broken dam he then decided to give this new alien that he landed on a try and when he transformed into it he named this brand new Alien X. Ben does acknowledge that Alien X as his most powerful alien ever, but concedes that transforming into him is not worth the cost. Alien X does appear to have three personalities. The only things he will say are what he will be doing — what Ben, Bellicus and Serena have agreed to do. As Serena and Bellicus have been sometimes arguing a lot for eternity and before they had no tiebreaker, getting them to focus on any present task is difficult at best. However, in Omniverse , Ben used Alien X successfully to create a near exact copy of the universe when it got destroyed by a weapon known as the Anihilaarg , a device that can successfully destroy a universe or create one. Blitzwolfer also has the ability to emit an ultrasonic howl that can be used defensively to reflect projectiles or offensively to cripple enemies , or he can use the howl to propel himself upwards like a rocket, adding even more to his mobility kit.

Ben acknowledges Alien X as his most powerful alien; however, he cannot afford the cost that comes with becoming the alien. Alien X is a being capable of warping reality at will. He has a black body covered with tiny white stars, white hands, green eyes, and three horns protruding from his head. He has three distinct personalities: Serena, the voice of love and compassion; Bellicus, the voice of rage and aggression; and Ben, the voice of reason. All three speak in unison when Alien X speaks. In order for Alien X to perform any action, including but not limited to, simple movement and transforming back into Ben, two of the three personalities must agree to do so. As both Serena and Bellicus have been arguing for an eternity, and before they had no tiebreaker, getting them to focus on any present task is difficult at best, leaving the body of Alien X frozen in place while Ben attempts to convince them to act. After much fruitless argument, Ben eventually convinces Serena and Bellicus to transform him into one of his other nine aliens. He swears off using the form afterward, as it is not worth the price the power comes at.
