Super helpful staff, was able to help us through our very stressful moving day. Sure they didn't have the truck we were told we would have by the app, even though it said it would be there when I did my early checkin only to find that it was in baden, but then it wasn't in baden because some jerk decided to keep it without telling uhaul so we had to go all the way back to fairway to get two 15ft trucks. But i digress ,that's not the fault of the wonderful folks at fairway uhaul. My only gripe is the driveway can be a bit stressful to exit from. But again not their fault. They Sell Boxes!!!! Nice man on the counter kindly checked my wiring harness and it Works!!! Now I can rent a trailer. Great customer service.
