I have a 2ft light with two 18w tubes t8 size which i want to fit with led type tubes having searched web it seems there are ballast bypass, with wires both ends, or bypass but live and neutral one end, or new type twin 9w with no bypass fit led tubes with led starter, if i fit this new type each tube comes with a starter can this be used with twin tubes, also from energy view will i save more by bypassing ballast assembly and rewiring with a different led tubes.
