Anything but history tbf. Nobody really wants to read a history on a TRP3 profile. Include basics about the appearance of your character; Name, age generalization, height, structure etc. A brief description is quite standard, in terms of how the character looks. You will notice that the detail level varies greatly between profiles. I usually recommend mentioning some characteristics that would separate your character from others. In my case, very pale skin complexion is such a thing. A good idea is to balance what you put in glances with what you put in the profile. If you have three glances which in detail describe appearance, and in addition have a profile with two big paragraphs on appearance, it may be a little too much for readers. I also tend to include important character aspects, which help identify what kind of character it is. For example, things related to their profession or expertise. I mentioned some publications for my character. I also like when people go the extra mile in terms of formatting, but this is optional of course and subject to preference.
