During busy times, a resale transfer can take up to 12 weeks. TT may be an attractive deal for seniors on a very tight budget, but the parks are in no stretch of the imagination resorts with perhaps the exception of two or three on the Washington coast and maybe Rancho Oso near Santa Barbara.
