Using the Pullcaster to tug on the metal bars to bring down some rubble, clearing an opening to a tunnel. This sets off the tunnel's collapse, for which they'll need to exit the cave to reach a canyon where they'll encounter a Rockbreaker. Evade or defeat the Rockbreaker as they cross the canyon to find the Spinebreak entrance and enter the facility through a small hole.
