Outdoor weddings carry an element of risk due to factors beyond our control, such as weather. Although we will endeavour to find the most appropriate alternate venue in the event of rain, options are limited and subject to availability. If you have booked your ceremony and reception with us, your guests are very welcome to wander the Zoo grounds between events until 5pm when they will need to gather at the reception venue.

The facilities will open in Spring, coinciding with the launch of the new playground and the Zoo's th birthday celebrations. Customers can enjoy a sit-down meal at 'Habitat' overlooking the playground or purchase a convenient bite from takeaway outlet, 'Wag Tails'. The food offerings will be complemented by a new coffee and wine bar, 'Distill and Brew'. The centrepiece of the development is the new function and events centre, 'The Maali', which is the Noongar word for Black Swan.
