Children and teenagers are our future, so we have to inform and teach them how to live healthily. With the help of this project, we would like to create awareness and ideas about a healthy lifestyle. Nowadays, students eat unhealthy foods unconsciously and they aren't active in their daily life. So they can have some health problems easily. In order to decrease the amount of these health problems, they must be active and eat nutritious food. We would like to give the students some duties such as searching for nutritious and harmful foods, preparing traditional healthy dishes, introducing their favorite sports and sportsman, doing sports and drawing pictures about health and sport.
