Terrifier is a American slasher film [5] [6] terrifier actor written and directed by Damien Leone. The plot centers on partygoer Tara Heyes Kanell and her sister Victoria Scaffiditerrifier actor, who become targets of the enigmatic serial killer only known as Art the Clown Thornton on Halloween night. It is the first film centered on Art the Clown, second-feature-length film to include the character after the anthology film All Hallows' Evefourth film and fifth installment overall following two short films and anthology installments in the Terrifier franchise.

Before he became known as the sicko behind the "Terrifier" franchise, writer, director, and editor, Damien Leone was just a year-old kid studying documentaries about the "Thriller" music video and legendary makeup artist Tom Savini. Decades later, he ended up responsible for the makeup behind one of the creepiest monster designs in recent horror history: Art the Clown. Seemingly immortal serial killing clown Art first slashed his way into fans' hearts back in the anthology "All Hallows' Eve," but his first headlining and head-chopping act came in 's "Terrifier. Thornton goes through an arduous process each time he sits down in the makeup chair to become the killer clown, and told Smash or Trash that in the early days, the makeup process began in the late afternoon and sometimes took over four hours. There's a key reason for this unusually long makeup routine: the Art face mold has to be redone each and every time Thornton starts the day, as it breaks when he takes it off.

Brought to us by Epic Pictures and Dread Central Presents, the film follows bloody exploits of a merciless mute clown known as Art the Clown. This time around, actor David Thornton makes his feature film debut as Art, taking over the reigns as the terrifying killer clown from Mike Giannelli.
