Taylor Seminary offers several master's degrees including our new hour MDiv , four diploma programs, and a number of graduate certificates, all carefully designed to prepare students for a lifetime of effective Christian service. Courses are offered within a distinctly Christian atmosphere that emphasizes spiritual formation and field education. There are a limited number of suites available on campus for students, including some with full kitchens. It is expected that students in residence would stay through to the end of the full academic term; days notice is required to move off campus before the end of the semester. There are a number of apartment buildings within walking or bus distance from Taylor Seminary. Orientation and a welcoming lunch help new students get to know the faculty, administration and student leadership, and there are numerous events throughout each semester that help foster a sense of community for all students. These include chapel services bi-weekly , retreats, as well as social events planned by the Taylor Seminary Students Association canoe trips, film nights, BBQs, etc. Taylor has made Field Education a deliberate and careful focus over a number of years, seeking to help our students gain real-world ministry experience in churches and other pastoral care settings eg.
