You have to totally take apart the fish in order to turn them off. My cat loves a good wand toy and I have been thinking the swimming fish could interest her too. My cat Vivian was curious and watched for about five minutes but didn't know what to make of them since there was NO WAY she was getting a paw or nose wet.
