I wish I could give zero stars as the people that work here couldn't sun tan city republic road more snippy and hopeless with customer service. Inconsistent every time you show up! The owners need to take a look at how I felt this salon was pretty outdated and not as clean as the one I am used to going to in Liberty, MO.

OK, I know people almost always post their bad experiences. I've had some good ones here. My latest visit, though, was not what I would call enjoyable. So they have an app that you can check in If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. Okay so a new user to their service I get all checked in, they want me to use their app.
