Sulyvahn's Beast is an enemy in Dark Souls 3. I killed them with Fire Spiked Mace but boy it was hard. I died in the Water more then in the rest of game. For the one in the mcdonnel room you can lure one then stagger and riposte. It will be in a begging animation and not attack until you hit him another time. Then you have time and room for the second one especially if you cant kill the first fast in limited space. I have four playthroughs under my belt yet I never feel like there's any worthwhile strategy. Most of the time it hits the face guaranteeing a crit and victory. Rinse and repeat. For the initial encounter, run across the bridge and pass through the barrier.
Sulyvahns beast two in the Water Reserve should be lured away from each other, as fighting both at once is very risky.
