I just came here to see if someone gave this movie more than half-star and there are many people that did so, the only explanation I can think of would be that many of the cast and crew of this movie are members of letterboxd. That's not a joke by the way, this movie was actually where I learned that as a kid. At least it spared my parents from having the talk with me I guess. EDIT: I just realized most people from the US may not get this, but the international version of the movie included a scene of the main character's green sperm fertilizing his wife's egg and creating the baby. They cut that from the american release. There came a point during an ad break where I implored the heavens to just continue playing this Olive Garden Never-Ending Pasta Bowl commercial on repeat for the remaining hour instead of returning me to this godforsaken film. So this asshole named premoh forced me to watch the movie.

At its heart is a deep, unresolved ambivalence about child rearing.
