How do I get to Northrend? Consider camping out your character at one of these spots the night before launch so you can head right over as soon as you have the expansion loaded on your system. I'm in Borean Tundra and my buddy is in Howling Fjord. How do I get to him? It will take you some time grab the many flight points that connect these two zones. In the meantime, there is a series of three Tuskarr villages along the coast line that will offer you rides between them via giant sea turtles.

Wrath of the Lich King Classic introduces a large northern continent just waiting to be explored—or revisited in many cases. If you can't quite remember how to get to Northrend the old-fashioned way, this guide is here to help you out. Whether you play Alliance or Horde, I'll explain where you need to go to get started on your journey to Northrend. Before you head out though, you'll need to decide where you want to start. You can choose between Borean Tundra to the southwest or Howling Fjord over on the southeastern corner of the new continent. As each destination has a different departure point, I'll go over those too. Here's how to get to Northrend in Wrath Classic. Borean Tundra is the easiest destination to get to for both Horde and Alliance players and is likely to be the zone you end up in if you don't realise there's an alternative. For Horde players , head to Orgrimmar's main gate —the southern one that leads to Durotar—and look for the zeppelin tower found outside and to the right. There are two zeppelin towers outside Orgrimmar's gates and the one you're looking for can also send you to Thunder Bluff. Board the zeppelin and it will take you to Borean Tundra. Alliance players must head to the Stormwind City harbor and find the northernmost dock. Here you'll find a boat that takes you to Borean Tundra, though you may need to wait a few minutes for it to return. Howling Fjord is much more vibrant than the bleak environment of Borean Tundra.

Dalaran is the capital city of Northrend. There is a boat to Borean Tundra in Stormwind Harbor. This follows an Amnesty International report that painted a grim picture for these laborers.

Northrend is a distant island in the north of Azeroth covered in ice and where vast Lich King armies of the undead seek to eradicate every sign of life step on their land. Still, we can find races hidden from the watchful eye of the Lich King across Northrend, who are striking back against the endless armies of undead in an effort to once again establish harmony on the island. These races include Tuskarr, Vrykul, and Goblins. Reaching Northrend as an Alliance is relatively simple. All you have to do is to head to Stormwind. Similar to Alliance, Horde has two ways of reaching Northrend. The first one is to head to the zeppelin tower west of Orgrimmar and, on the north side of the tower, find the zeppelin master Zelli Hotnozzle tasked with organizing transportation between Orgrimmar and Borean Tundra.
