Stolas helluva boss
The first season of Hazbin Hotel is available for streaming.
Adaptation Species Change : The demons of Ars Goetia were all stated to be Fallen Angels , but the Goetica of the show appear to have been born demons and have no relationship to Heaven in any form. Downplayed though, as the latter two names are still unusual, but are at least heard of. At the very least, an official source has confirmed that Stolas trumps Alastor in both rank and actual infernal power. It's unclear if only the 72 demons from the Ars Goetia are this powerful, or if Stella and Octavia are extremely powerful as well. However, the bigger fishes to most of the Goetias are the Seven Deadly Sins who rule each of Hell's circles.

Prince Stolas of Ars Goetia , known as Stolas for short, is one of the two deuteragonists alongside Moxxie of the Helluva Boss webseries, a spin-off that shares the same universe with Hazbin Hotel. He is the owner of the Grimoire that I. He was voiced by Brock Baker in the pilot, who also voiced the Ohio Demon , and is currently voiced by Bryce Pinkham in the series proper. Stolas was born into the Ars Goetia family and received a Grimoire on his birthday by his father in order to study the sky of the human world, who also put him in an arranged marriage with Stella to produce an heir. Due to his father wanting to stop his son from crying about the marriage because of the way she acted in the picture, he had Stolas go to a circus where Fizzarolli and Blitzo were performing in. Stolas liked Blitzo and his jokes, so his father had a talk with Blitzo's father and bought Blitzo to be Stolas' playmate so he doesn't have to deal with him. The two became friends and met again years later during one of Stella's parties, where Blitzo tried to steal the Grimoire. Stolas mistook him for wanting to engage in sexual activity, which Blitzo used to obtain Stolas' book and thus gain access to Earth and begin the formation of I. Stolas either didn't notice or cared about this and instead used this to initiate his divorce with Stella when Blitzo told her that they did it. Stolas was first properly introduced when he called Blitzo to aid him in getting rid of some unnamed people on Earth who were causing him problems by "convincing people global warming exists" - when Blitzo asked if it did Stolas confirmed that global warming was real but more people died if nothing was done about it. Stolas then went into a vicious, perverted rant about varied acts he wanted to do to Blitzo, promptly causing Blitzo to hang up, destroy his phone and order Loona to eat it, and then excrete off of a bridge. Stolas appears briefly in this episode where he decides to manipulate Blitzo into more sexual favors, this time agreeing to let him keep the book full-time save for on the night of the full moon every month when Blitzo must return the book "followed by a night of passionate fornication".
By contrast, Stella is a spoiled, abusive bad-tempered socialite whose grudge and abusive treatment towards Stolas is fueled by him having an affair with the show's equivalent of a peasant. A wealthy socialite and a member of Hell's upper crust, she has little patience for her husband's infidelity. One derogatory term for them as a group is even "Birds", stolas helluva boss.

These music videos are integral to Helluva Boss and its sister show Hazbin Hotel. As both are adult animated musicals, these entries are not only treats for fans, but they also help add to character backstories, lore, and more. Angel was in a horrific relationship with Valentino, whom Joel Perez will voice in the upcoming Prime series. This is a substantial plot development that sets up the episodes coming in Stolas has been in a relationship with the protagonist Blitzo Brandon Rogers since the pilot episode. The skewed power dynamic in their relationship was a point of contention, with Stolas being a prince and Blitzo being a commoner. Since the beginning of Season 2, the narrative is built around Stolas finding an Asmodean Crystal, allowing Blitzo to run his business without needing Stolas. It is a success of a collaboration, and one of the team's best creations so far in the series.

One of the sins is Asmodeus, a Goetia who already outranked Stolas Asmodeus is a king and Stolas is a prince , but being one of Lucifer's direct subordinates only increases his power. Angelic weapons are also the only thing capable of permanently killing a Goetia, just like Sinners. Animal Motifs : So far, all the confirmed Goetia demons have been birds — Stolas, Paimon and Octavia are owls, Stella and Andrealphus are peafowl, and Asmodeus is a rooster.

Bitch in Sheep's Clothing : In a meta sense it initially seemed that Stella might have a good cause to be angry with Stolas given he did cheat on her and endanger their marriage even if she was handling it in an extremely poor way. Not Helping Your Case : In Western Energy , Andraelphus complains that Stella's openly hostile attitude towards Stolas are making it "harder to bullshit" Stolas into giving Stella more concessions in the divorce proceedings. Limited Wardrobe : Played With , her dress under all her goth wear is the exact same style she wore as a little child, pink with stars, just without puffy sleeves. Even the one point she has is negated by her racism towards Blitzo and paying Striker to kill him. Her eyes are much more her mother's though, not least of which the fact that she only has two. Dark Is Not Evil : Zig-zagged. Played straight as of "Western Energy," where Stolas is kidnapped by Striker early on in the episode and spends the remainder at the imp's mercy due to the use of holy weapons and holy ropes that cancel out Stolas' powers. It's All About Me : Stella's reactions towards the affair reek of this. P to serve as his bodyguards, despite being a demon prince even more powerful than Alastor. She is a demon in hell, is into some rather morbid stuff, and can be a bit of a brat at times though she has her reasons for that but there is nothing about her that really overtly evil. P with an utterly pants-shitting entrance akin to a horror film. Lack of Empathy : When seeing a picture of his future bride makes Stolas cry, Paimon decides to take him to the circus to cheer him up - not because he actually cares about his son's feelings, but because he detests the sound of him crying. This causes a lot of friction with his Socialite wife, who wears a Pimped-Out Dress even at home, as she finds his lack of propriety to be "a goddamn embarrassment!

Socialite : Cultured, wealthy, Pimped-Out Dress , and very status-conscious. In the series proper he's much less interested in flaunting his wealth and status and his poor interactions with the lower classes being more a result of oblivious condescension than outright bigotry. Feathered Fiend : All the confirmed goetic demons seen thus far are all very avian in appearance, Stolas and his daughter look like owls , Stella and her brother Andrealphus look like peacocks, and Asmodeus has a heavy rooster Animal Motif. Bratty Teenage Daughter : She's something of a brat towards Stolas, being highly annoyed with his constant attempts at bonding with her. How this translates in the show is unknown, but he ranks high nonetheless. Sign In Register. Breakout Character : Stolas was in the pilot for all of two minutes, and he's billed on the wiki as a "Major Supporting Character". I can't find you?
