This trimmer has less than 1 hour on it. Just recently it's gotten a little tougher to start and does not run smoothly. It sounds as if it's breaking up, or is miss-firing. It just doesn't have that clean crisp sound. I've gone through the basics and made up a new batch of fuel with premium gas and Stihl mix. I just got a new spark plug but have not yet tried. Can anyone think of anything else specific to this trimmer?

We use it a lot to trim around posts and on blackberries and the string is forever jaming, not feeding etc. On the other hand we also have the el-cheapo electric trimmers from the big box store and although they don't last too long maybe years at least they work the way they are supposed to.
