Steinberg download assistant

Is there a fix for this? I keep getting this error…. I avoid it like the lurgi.

Check your internet connection and try again. Go figure. Even the forced updates give the same error - after downloading the installer! Steinberg recently updated the download servers and you need a new release of the Download Assistant. See here. Why decide to make this a customer problem?
