Simply put, my game doesnt seem to spawn any dead bodies anymore. I dont mean corpses of people I just killed, but the bodies of already dead. Like previously, when I found something like an abandoned station that had been overrun by aliens, I would find the corpses of the previous owners laying all over, as part of the environmental story. Now my problem is that my game doesnt spawn these anymore. I can see the spatters of blood they are supposed to be lying in, but not the corpses themselves. You might think thats not a big deal, but I am now literally blocked from getting many logs, keys and even quest items. I first came across this in new atlantis when searching the room with "Big bruno". Again, I saw the splatter of blood on the ground but couldnt find the body and therefore coulnt get the safe key.
