This doesn't actually mean "every item," it just means all the items found in the "Items Shipped Farm and Forage " section of the Collections tab. That's not to say this list is short or easy to complete: it includes items, including some that only appear on Ginger Island or in the dangerous mines. Fortunately, Stardew Valley keeps track of which items you've shipped and which ones you haven't, with unshipped items appearing as a silhouette.
