Starbucks is known for their great Wi-Fi. In the romantic zone of Puerto Vallarta they are becoming more and more known for their very slow service. Why does ice tea wait behind Frappuccino and mixed drinks rather than being served like coffee? Why four months have we been waiting during high season for chairs to be replaced? Leaving only one chair for outside table mini times? Why is no one caring about this part of customer service at this particular Starbucks? Tried 3 different breakfast sandwiches and they all tasted the same. Had them switch the fake meat for ham in a breakfast muffin and I was so pleased they were able to do it
