St George is a private British school, located in the upper side of Barcelona city, with classes from two years of age. We have students from more than 45 different nationalities who from the first day, learn English with native teachers. We believe in helping each child reach their own maximum potential and giving them the tools they will need to excel in their personal and professional lives. We are fortunate to have Miss King as Head, along with a motivated team of teachers that strive to enable each pupil to reach their best. The children are incredibly well educated with a focus on the British curriculum but also blended with Spanish and Catalan language and cultural skills. The community that the school creates enables a smooth transition for both the children and their families. When our little girl age 4 came to St George School, she only new Danish as her mother tongue and we were of course nervous about how she would adapt not knowing any English. The heartfelt warmth of the teachers and the kids knowing their school values made our move to Barcelona even more easy. It feels like a big family. It feels like home. The school has a family environment in which they feel safe and happy.

The closing date for internal student Day applications is 9am on Friday 16 February Students who applied for a Sixth Form place will receive a letter confirming the details of their conditional offer on Friday 19 April.
