The stock management feature can be found in the "Menu Editor" of your admin account. The purpose of the feature is to prevent parents from ordering a certain item on the Spriggy Schools parent app when stock is limited or running low. Use this limit for items that are popular and are in limited supply on a daily basis. For example, if you have a popular macaroni and cheese item that is available on Tuesdays only but your stock is unable to fulfil the demand each Tuesday, set a daily limit by entering your stock quantity. Stock limit - set the maximum available quantity for an item that remains out of stock once the limit is reached. Use this limit for items that are running low and will not be replenished for some time. For example, if you have a school bag item that is running low in stock and you are unable to replenish the stock for a couple of weeks, set a remaining stock limit.
