Anyone know how I can activate the Subtitles on Spooks Series 1? There are no subtitles unfortunately. I have a copy. I had a conversation recently with a representative of Contender the R2 issuer , who tells me that while he cannot guarantee it, he hopes to be able to put English SDH onto the R2 edition of " Spooks ", if Contender can come to an agreement with BBC America over the cost of providing a copy of their subtitle files. Contender claim that the reason they did not put subtitles on the Season 1 DVD, was to do with costs. Contender claims that they would have to sell many, many more DVD units to be able to justify the cost. I hope that they will be able to do this.
