In this movie, SpongeBob needs to go on a quest to discover a stolen recipe that takes him to our dimension, our world, spongebob 2, where he tangles with a pirate. The movie opens spongebob 2 by showing a pirate named Burger Beard on an island where he is following a map to a magical book. After dodging a lot of booby traps, he finds the book on a pirate skeleton and snatches it. The skeleton comes to life and knocks Burger Spongebob 2 back to his ship with the book where he reads it to some seagulls.

This title is loosely based on older SpongeBob games along with SpongeBob episodes Seasons with hints of the newer Seasons. This game can and will throw challenges at you, don't expect a completely easy journey as SSB2 is designed to be a harder experience compared to other SpongeBob games. Log in with itch.
