Sky router wps

I have tried resetting it by holding down the WPS button on the Sky Q router however it is not working it has worked successfully in the past however not working now. Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button. Instead of entering your password as you usually would, head to your Sky router and hold down the WPS button the one with downward and upward facing arrows for at least three seconds. The wireless light directly below the button will flash amber before returning to solid while. Your phone will then automatically connect to the Wi-Fi. To set up an official Sky Wireless Booster, move it close to your router.

To set up the main box, connect it with the WPS button, which is on the router.
