This is a list of my dealings with Sky over the last few weeks for the same problem. We had issues with our viewing card not being recognised a few months ago and was issued with a new card. Then we started having similar issues with the card to the point this week we were sent a new Q box. This arrived a few hours ago, I've followed all the set up procedures including the software updates.
