Alternatively, they can just build themselves a Hover Bike and fly up there. Whichever method they opt for, once on the island with the green crystal, players should pick the crystal up using Link's Ultrahand ability and then drop it off the edge nearby, being careful to make sure that they've lined things up so that the crystal lands on the island down beneath them. They can use the green beam of light to help them with this, or simply rotate the camera to get a better view. It's no big deal if they miss though, as the crystal will simply respawn next to them if it doesn't land on the island below.
