Walking in any flat shoe, even most athletic shoes, cause back pain and tire my legs out quickly - so I often choose to walk my dog 5 miles in wedge sandals over tennis shoes since I need the support, but these arch fit shoes have solved my problems! I put them on the morning I got them, and have only taken them off to sleep and shower not kidding. I ordered a second pair, and quite frankly, will order more as this is the only athletic shoe I will ever buy from now on. Besides walking and jogging I also love to box, and these shoes are perfect for keeping me on my toes. Literally the shoe I have been looking for my whole life. Lovely colour which goes with most of my wardrobe. It often happens that harder rubbers tend to last longer. The Arch Fit comes with a pleasantly padded interior both in the collar and in the tongue.

We give Skechers a standing ovation for making a shoe that helps us spend a whole day not thinking about the back pain. But, God, it feels so good! Compared to 25 walking shoes. But if you have normal pronation and regular foot arches, this shoe is likely to be overkill and you will benefit from a lighter neutral walking shoe. Perfect fit, awesome support, arch and rise from the floor. Note: a low durometer measurement equals a soft material, whereas a high measurement means it's firm. These holes, combined with cooling properties of the gel, kept our feet cooler on hot days, despite the black colorway of the sneaker.
