When I close the DLC's window and reopen it via manage addons the download button's blue again and so I can repeat the same thing over and over without the app downloading anything. I'll try the method with reinstalling origin to hopefully trigger the download as soon as I get home and get back to you as to how it went. Yes if you live in the UK you can get your money back. I assumed this was because it had just been released so decided to close the EA app When I went to my EA app It shows it in my library but when I click on it to download it, It asks me to purchase the pack again. I have no idea how to work the app and what i can do to download my content. What is going on?

Sadly, it seems that multiple players are unable to enjoy the new content due to issues related to the current main EA desktop client. In fact, it seems the problems are worse because the EA app is now a mandatory requirement to play some major games, like The Sims 4. This means that those who purchased The Sims 4 through Origin can no longer use that client. However, downloading or running the expansion through the current EA client is a real nightmare. I have cleared my cache, restarted my computer, restarted the app, uninstalled the app then reinstalled it. So when are your Actually gonna fix this?
