Sika Strength Weightlifting 2. Leading on from our original weightlifting blocks, the Weightlifting 2. So you will peak for maximum lifts on Week 12 of the program. If you are peaking for competition, you should start this program 13 weeks out, with your final week of training being a taper week. Please only use recent max lift inputs, historical max lift numbers are not important, and your inputs should be reflective of your current abilities on Day 1 of the program.
