Shockwave is the best Decepticon scientist with deadly efficiency and one of the three tertiary antagonists of Transformers: Dark of the Moon. He was also one of the deadliest Decepticon assassins that Megatron has at his disposal. He was said by some to be the only Decepticon who could defeat Megatron in combat.
