The Wish Wall lets players trigger specific effects throughout the Last Wish raid. Its most common use is teleporting a fireteam to specific encounters, allowing them to skip straight to any boss in the dungeon—from Kalli to Riven and everything in between. Inputting the Shuro Chi wish will teleport players straight into the Shuro Chi encounter, which has been a prime location for catalyst farming and gained a new breath of life after the introduction of Deepsight and the weapon crafting system. Additionally, players can save a checkpoint for it, which lasts until the next weekly reset and avoids them from having to put in the Shuro Chi wish every time. This is the combination you have to insert to trigger the Shuro Chi wish. After inputting this command, step into the glowing plate in front of you to activate its effect, which will kill you and teleport you straight to the door before the Shuro Chi encounter. Pick up your weapons, put in the raid banner, and get to mowing down the hordes of Taken. The checkpoint will go away after the weekly reset, however.

Destiny 2 has many hidden secrets to discover but one of these is the Wish Wall tucked away in the raid found within the Dreaming City. All wishes can be entered in any order you would like, as there is no set pattern to them. I recommend just going for the wishes you want to use the most. To activate a wish, shoot the circles to match the images and then step on the glowing circle on the floor. Up first, this is the pattern you will need to enter for an immediate teleport to the Shuro Chi encounter. It takes quite a while to set up I have found but it is very worthwhile. This pattern will have Destiny 1 nostalgia flooding back to players like myself. This will unlock some Failsafe Dialogue for you to listen to throughout the raid. Whenever you get headshots on enemies with this wish active, there will be an explosive celebration which is very close to the Grunt exploding heads from Halo. The pattern above will unlock the fancy Last Wish emblem which I personally used for a long while in the game.

With its changing symbol order, the encounter demands adaptability and quick thinking from the players. The Wall of Wishes can be found and used as a solo player, as it is located at the beginning of the Last Wish raid before any encounter. Inputting a wish takes a long time, so it can be worth assigning a teammate one row or column to input. You can jump to Shuro Chi using the fourth wish.

Typically, raids in Destiny 2 are pretty straightforward; they rarely contain easter eggs or ways to get checkpoints easily. Last Wish is the clear exception to this rule, housing a Wish wall that can alter your raid run in various ways.
