Asked by GaloL48 , October 18, I propose that they go back to how they were before the update when a Shiny Ditto or a Shiny Smeargle used "transform" against a non-shiny pokemon it transformed into a shiny version of the pokemon, this was changed in the last update. Players myself included specifically shiny hunt for these shinys for this mechanic in the game, its a shame lose that from one moment to another. Ditto transforms into an exact replica of what it is transforming into, doesn't make sense that it would transform into the shiny version of something that isn't. My headcanon is that the shinys dittos are color blind, they are making a copy of what they see?
