Campsites are level and gravel, EZ in and out however, you need to make a wide turn to get in on the third driveway. Utilities are convent for most rigs. It was a gravel lot with cement pads for picnic tables between spaces but we were very close to our neighbors since we shared water and sewer stations and we enter our camper from the back.
