I'm giving this place two stars because it's very close to where I live, and the doctors are very competent and courteous.

I am giving two stars because Dr Bostic has been great with my kids. Family, its in their name and yet here I am having to wander around after a roll over auto accident looking It took 45 minutes for us to get to a room and finally we got in there and it took another 15 to come and do the actual check up. They weren't even busy there was one other person in there My dad and I have been seeing Dr. Marshall Taylor there for a long time. Tried to get an appt for july and there are none till late August.

I'm giving this place two stars because it's very close to where I live, and the doctors are very competent and courteous. So then, why only the two stars? Because you have to wait an extremely long time to see the doctors. They don't seem to value your time. If I have an appointment for 3 o'clock, then I expect to be seen at 3 o'clock or very shortly thereafter. Instead, on multiple occasions I've had to wait in the lobby for at least 30 mins after my appointment time. Then, I sometimes have to spend another 15 - 20 mins waiting for the doctor after the nurse takes my vitals.
