Opening Suzaku's Lotus Umbrella , using the Flame Vent , Leaping Flame , or throwing down some Shinobi Firecrackers during the fight will also have the added bonus of making both of them cower back for a few seconds, allowing you some easy hits.

Additionally, if you choose to send Kotaro over Jinzaemon, this fight can be trivialized by using the Divine Abduction prosthetic on Kotaro, as it will kill him instantly.
