Only down side is distance…but distance is a relative thing — it depends on where you need to get to. Even if you stay in a place like Marrickville, travelling to Parramatta or Macquarie Park is not smooth sailing whereas to get to those places from Schofields is fine. Very convenient public transport to Metro and Station, save a lot of time for commuting to office by car.
