The Tree Sap Tap can be used to obtain Sap. The tap has to be attached to a mature redwood tree i. It must be installed below the canopy, and fairly high up at least 11 units above ground. On Mobile, thatch and wooden foundations cannot support enough stacked walls to reach a tree sap tap placed high up. Tree sap taps can be placed on the bottom of the tree, but will not produce sap. Each tap will automatically collect up to a maximum of 20 Sap over a long period ex. Multiple taps may be attached to a single tree. The tap will collect 1 Sap approximately every 10 minutes 20 seconds. Attaching Amargasaurus Spike to the tap will increase its productivity, both from speed and how much it can produce.
