Victoria was great she really made a horrible situation alot easier to deal with she kept me in the loop throughout the hole repair went above and beyond always returned call in a timely manner You all have definitely gained a new customer GREAT JOB!! Completely dissatisfied because they fixed my problem but they damaged my rear passenger side window according to the woman who handled my claim they had to remove the door cover to see what had been damaged they should never have done that without my consent I am very annoying and they left the tape very marked on my window I would not call their workers who are professional people or mechanics because they are not and I am going to go to whoever I have to go to solve that problem that you caused. I love my cars. I don't trust easily with the repairs and upkeep of them. I will be back if I need any repairs done. The staff is great. People make the difference. Took way too long to repair my vehicle and because of that the insurance at fault wont cover all of the costs for the rental vehicle I needed.
