The hotel could have provided an information booklet on trips at Uluru, there are lots of free activities and walks at Uluru but we didn't know until visiting the culture center at Uluru where they where very helpful.

The staff could have been a bit better in their customer relations. We didn't eat breakfast at Sails it was very expensive; we ate lunch and the meal was very disappointing--large quantities but inedible, service was very slow from food to check BUT the cocktail was excellent. Food was fantastic, staff were friendly. Contributions should be travel related. As a consequence we opted to eat out in the village. Great location, walking distance to the local shops, tourist booking centre, gallery and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay at Sails at the Desert.
