We dressed in matching Christmas jammies and had an amazing experience being participants in their Opening Night and first time ever of the reenactment of the movie! If you're thinking of riding the Polar Express in Old Sacramento , tickets for the public are set to go on sale on Monday morning. But people must have signed up by Aug. The public sale begins on Sept. Tickets can only be purchased online. The train ride in Old Sacramento features seven cars pulled by vintage locomotives from the California State Railroad Museum's collection.
