I was going to get a Simply Rugged Cattleman but held off, and I just got this holster for my Vaquero Birdshead and it's nice, but almost an inch shorter than my SS is. I keep wondering what if I'm sitting, would it bottom out on the seat or ground.

I also saw their holster which apparently rides a little higher, but not so high it would be harder to draw like the Sourdough might be.
