We created Rubedo to share our passion for natural wines and comfort food as well as to promote the hard work and the talent of a bunch of people who treat nature and its products with the utmost respect. We try to go more than organic with the food we prepare and the wines we pour. We offer private hire of the entire venue. We are more than happy to work around your requirements. The style of our cooking is European bistro food and the menu is dictated by season, freshness and quality. We try to go as far as we can in sourcing unadulterated naturally grown ingredients. Our chefs treat those ingredients with the same respect our winemakers treat their grapes and make their wines. We are pretty proud of the Italian culinary heritage of many of us, and have sampled many old family recipes throughout the years: these will appear on the menu every now and then.
