First recreational weed legalization passed; then came months and months of planning for Fest. Now they are executing the vision. Those out there wanting to be a part of this historic event will come in from Route to North Cobbler Road. The Fest in the Smokey River Entertainment District is a first-of-its-kind event with legal cannabis consumption allowed in their Cannabis Village. The festival grounds are separated so one section known as the Cannabis Village is where marijuana consumption is allowed. Then they will have alcohol available in a different section so people will only be allowed to consume either of those in that designated area.

Marijuana will not be on sale inside the festival grounds, but patrons are allowed to bring weed in with them or have it delivered to them.

Missouri has already become one of the hottest cannabis markets in the US since our launch of adult use cannabis in early Now, the Smokey River Entertainment District is partnering with over 50 Missouri cannabis brands to take us to the next level. Alcohol consumption will also be onsite, but in a separate area due to state laws. That larger, permanent project will have an amphitheater, bars, restaurants, cannabis consumption, sales and a permanent venue for cannabis-friendly events. There will also be appearances by Mike Tyson Tyson 2. The Besame Hospitality team is inviting all Missouri cannabis companies and brands to consider having a presence at the kickoff to summer in River Bend at the first ever FEST. MoCann is excited to see a large scale, first time event like this happening in Missouri and we hope any industry support or interest further helps to normalize cannabis in our state.
