This has been happening a lot with a variety of meds. Millions trust Express Scripts for safety, care and convenience. Products used: Medicatioon. They said, they need more info from my doctor to see if it will work safely for me in this case. I have one medication that was transferred somehow and have received. Local pharmacies are much better. And don't even get me started on the quality of their medications. They had the pre-auth with ALL of the necessary info on it, that my insurance saw and approved, they had the script from my doc.
